4C is a spacious and sustainable community building right in the heart of the Waterloo community. It is located between Oldham Road and Taunton Road in Ashton-Under-Lyne in the grounds of Christ Church.
The centre has been built by the community for the community, and can accommodate a range of activities around the central hub of the centre, the community social space and café.
Designed to limit the impact on the environment, the building incorporates new and traditional technologies and recycling and energy efficiency will be integral to the operation. The design is fully accessible and will is open "4 Young, 4 Old, 4 Everyone!"
